Postage
Postage is FREE for UK customers over £25 and a flat rate fee of £2 applies under £25.
International customers, the shipping cost for your country will be applied at checkout.
Local collection is available on orders if you are within the area of Aylesbury or willing to travel to my home to collect your order.
Lead Times
Lead times vary depending on products.
Baby Products – Items will be ready to post 3-5 days after ordering. If you need it by a specific day then please let me know and I will do my best to make sure it arrives in time.
Keepsakes – items on average take between 2-3 weeks to complete once clothes arrive with me. This can extend to 4-6 weeks during the months of October, November & December. Any significant delay to you order will be emailed to you as soon as possible.
Baby’s First Calendar – Ready to post 1-3 days after ordering.
Delivery
Parcels are sent by Royal Mail by 2nd Class or 2nd Class Recorded. Heavier parcels over 2kg or £150 will be sent with Parcelforce. Baby’s First Calendar will be sent by Evri.
On average post takes 2-5 days, that can vary if there are any delivery disruptions in your area. Tracking is added for orders over £20, anything below this isn’t sent with tracking.
Gifting
If you want to order something as a gift and have it sent directly to the recipient, that is possible. Add their address as the shipping address. Gift wrap is also and option in the shop.
Clothing for a Keepsake
If you order a keepsake and are local to us, you are more than welcome to drop off your clothing instead of posting them. Once ordered contact me and we can arrange a suitable to to drop off the clothes.
